“ Outstanding!! The food was amazing! The cinnamon roll was huge (definitely a "shareable" and plenty for a larger group). This place is packed and the service was still fantastic! Our server constantly checked in on us and our table was cleared of dirty dishes quickly. This was the best breakfast experience we've had in a while. HIGHLY recommended! ”

Final thought When you go into a restaurant that is as busy as Anna’s a place that has a 30 to 40 minute wait and then you walk into the bathroom to wash your hands before you eat your breakfast and it’s just clean as if they just opened. You know you’re in a good place. You can judge a restaurant by its bathroom just like you can judge someone’s home by walking into the bathroom. Anna’s is the Best of the Best. ”

“ This is our first visit to the Anna's House in Grand Rapids (we've been to the location in Holland several times). Food was terrific (especially the cinnamon bun). Service was professional but lacked some personality, kindness, and common courtesies. Clean and nice environment. In my previous review of the Holland location, I suggested that with the 50's/60's theme of the restaurant, that music from that period should be played. I was very impressed to see that my suggestion was implemented and a good selection of 50's/60's music was playing the entire time. It's great to see when a business listens to feedback from customers (even something as simple as music selection). Great food, nice location. Could use some extra courtesy from staff, otherwise really great. ”
